Job summary

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to support a territory within Southern Delaware, specifically Millsboro and Southern Sussex County, with day shift hours. The successful candidate will collaborate with COTAs and lead a small team to deliver quality, patient-centered home health care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of OT experience with licensure, and home care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of experience as an OT and appropriate licensure.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead one or more COTA.
• Complete a target of at least 24 visits a week.
• Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment.

Hourly Pay Range: $36.10 - $57.76This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
