Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team, delivering in-home and community-based OT for children from birth to 21 in Colorado.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time roles with mentorship and a supportive work environment focused on quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must possess OT degree from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (in-person skills tested).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• New graduates and out-of-state applicants welcome — mentorship available.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy for children with diverse needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and empower families to participate in therapy.
• Collaborate with OT, SLP, and nursing for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Supervise OTAs as needed (training available).
