Key Rehab is looking for an Occupational Therapist in either a full‑time, part‑time, or PRN capacity, to join our team of health professionals in the Conrad, IA area, in a skilled nursing facility setting. This is primarily a weekend position with the option to work one or two days during the week.

Responsibilities

Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. The role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s code of ethical conduct, as well as state and federal regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Flexibility and teamwork ability
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with geriatric patients
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations
