Essential Qualifications

_Required:_

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for therapy referrals, focusing on optimizing patients' functionality and skills.
• Devise and execute tailored treatment plans, maintaining diligent documentation and communication with patients, families, and other professionals.
• Mentor and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides, fostering their professional growth.
• Play an integral role in interdisciplinary team collaborations, contributing to patient care, case management, and facility meetings.
• Ensure consistent, punctual attendance to meet the needs of our patients and team.

Other Duties

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in line with physician orders.
• Continually assess, plan, and adapt therapy interventions to achieve set goals.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as needed.
