Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Autumn Lake Beloit. You’ll help residents manage daily tasks and work toward greater independence while recovering and adapting.

In this full-time on-site role in Beloit, you will evaluate residents, address self-care and upper body function, update care plans, and document progress in coordination with nursing and other clinicians. Wisconsin OT licensure is required; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license.
