The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our full-time school-based team in Beaumont, CA. You will help students develop functional, sensory, and motor skills for classroom success.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support diverse needs while contributing to IEP goals and progress monitoring. California licensure required.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Occupational Therapist license is required.
• NBCOT certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Provide direct OT services in individual and group settings.
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional life skills.

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our full-time school-based team in Beaumont, CA. As a member of a collaborative educational team, you will work alongside teachers, families, and other specialists to support students with diverse learning and developmental needs while helping them reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferredSchool-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and therapeutic strategies to support student success
