Prava-Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on evaluations with potential to grow into a full-time position, working closely with a COTA and interdisciplinary staff.

You will conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored care plans for ADLs and mobility, and participate in discharge planning while educating patients and caregivers. Strong documentation and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist with current registration or certification as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience working in outpatient ortho clinics.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to occupational therapy practices; familiarity with medical terminology essential.
• Skilled in developing care plans that incorporate patient-centered goals and discharge strategies.
• Strong case management skills with the ability to coordinate services across multiple providers and settings.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients/caregivers.
