Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Therapy programs to facilitate growth in sensory-motor development for children aged 0–21 across fine/gross motor, sensory integration, self-care and activities of daily living.
• Develop a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on caseload.
• Demonstrate independent clinical judgment and strong communication with coworkers and families.

Settings:Home, Pre-school, Elementary and Clinics. Primarily working with children ages 0-21.

License/Qualifications:

• College degree
• NYS Occupational Therapist License
• Experience in Pediatrics

Rates: $73-$90 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Occupational Therapy programs to facilitate growth in sensory-motor development to increase level of function relative to age in such areas as fine/gross motor skill development, sensory motor intergration, sensory modulation, self-care, and activities of daily living.
• Develop a treatment plan and monitor progress for each child on his/her caseload.
• Independent clinical judgment, well-developed communication skills, and the ability to work well with coworkers and families of clients.
