In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
