Montage Health in California is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT services across settings, collaborating with a care team to support patients of all ages who have impairments or health changes resulting from injury or illness. The role requires California OT licensure, BLS, and a BS in Occupational Therapy; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
Hand therapy experience is a plus. This is a full-time, day-shift position with rotating weekends.

Under the leadership of the department director and/or assistant director, the Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for supporting the mission of the Hospital by providing quality occupational therapy services. The occupational therapist applies evidence, knowledge, and skills regarding the therapeutic use of everyday activities to positively affect health, well-being, and life satisfaction of patients of all ages who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes. The occupational therapist uses therapeutically selected interventions that help people function in all of their environments (e.g., home, work, school, community) and address the physical, psychological, and cognitive aspects of their well-being. The occupational therapist interacts and practices in collaboration with a variety of professionals involved in the care of the patient.

Assigned Work Hours: Full time, Day Shift; Weekdays and regular weekend rotations

Pay Range (based on years of applicable experience): $54.16 to $72.43
The hours employees work determine when a shift differential is paid.
