The NICU Occupational Therapist (OT) delivers direct patient care as a key member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, promoting optimal developmental outcomes and medical stability for premature and medically complex infants in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Required Qualifications:
  • Education sufficient to meet certification, licensure, or registration requirements

  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience

  • Recent Occupational Therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
