PsychPros, Inc. in Flint, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist with Michigan license and a BS in Occupational Therapy to join our hybrid team. The role requires onsite Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri, with a starting salary from $80K+ and full benefits including Company Paid Health Insurance.

Role Snapshot: Michigan OT License + Bachelor's in OT required | Hybrid (Tue - Thu onsite, Mon & Fri remote) |from $80K+ salary | Full benefits including Company Paid Health InsuranceDuties and Responsibilities:• Perform skill acquisition assessments (ADLs and IADLs).• Develop skill acquisition goals and intervention plans (ADLs and IADLs).• Perform sensory assessments and develop sensory therapy goals and intervention plans.• Consult with provider and treatment team regarding policies and procedures in clinical care.• Consult with psychiatrist and other medical professionals as needed to coordinate medication with treatment plans.• Attend clinician and management trainings as required.• Flexibility and commitment to work the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends as may be necessary.Qualifications:• BS degree with a major in Occupational Therapy.• Current, valid license in the State of Michigan.• Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy.• Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media.• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.• Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession.• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
