Protouch Staffing is seeking licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice serving Flint Township and Grand Blanc, Michigan.

This collaborative, patient-centered role offers opportunities to develop individualized treatment plans, document care, and work with PT, PTA, and SLP colleagues in a supportive team. Ideal for experienced clinicians or new graduates with flexible full-/part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate and/or treat patients based on individual needs and plans of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to improve independence.
• Maintain compliance with professional, state, and insurance requirements.

Location: Flint Township & Grand Blanc, Michigan

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule: Preferably 4 days × 10 hours, with 5 days × 8 hours also available

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice serving patients across the Flint Township and Grand Blanc areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians as well as new graduates looking to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside PT, PTA, and SLP professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities
