Alrek Health Group (AHG) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time hybrid role in Michigan. The position focuses on ADL/IADL skill acquisition, sensory therapy goals, and adaptive assessments to support client independence.

You will develop individualized goals and intervention plans, perform evaluations, and provide professional recommendations. A minimum of 3 years OT experience and current MI license are required. Compensation is negotiable with benefits.

Formación

• Michigan OT license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skill acquisition assessments related to Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Develop individualized skill acquisition goals and intervention plans for ADLs and IADLs.
• Conduct sensory assessments and develop appropriate sensory therapy goals and intervention plans.
• Perform adaptive assessments and provide professional recommendations.
