Job summary

Community Access in Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to assess and monitor participants within the Housing Mobile Team, delivering rehabilitation and recovery support as part of integrated housing services.

Qualifications

• Holds current Occupational Therapy license in New York State
• Experience developing, implementing and evaluating program and participant goals
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor participants’ health and response to treatment
• Provide supervision for OT students
• Coordinate with program MD and RN on diagnostic and treatment updates
• Deliver rehabilitation and recovery support services within Housing Mobile Team
