Job summary

The Bridge is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a mobile multidisciplinary team in New York City. This full-time role requires a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and NYS licensure, with optional Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• Ability to travel throughout New York City.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) for documenting services and tracking data.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to supportive housing staff.
• Support frontline staff by establishing OT strategies and best practices.
• Deliver interventions with assessments and recommendations for energy conservation, equipment, and strength-building.
• Collaborate with external agencies to refer services and conduct apartment assessments as needed.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
