Job summary

Ethica Rehabilitation in Georgia seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a mission-driven, non-profit team. The OT will provide treatments per Rehabilitation Services guidelines and collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to manage clinical cases.

Qualified candidates hold a BS/MS in OT and a current GA license, with 2 years SNF rehab experience preferred. The role includes supervising OTAs and maintaining high levels of patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required (Georgia license preferred).
• Current, unencumbered OT license to practice in Georgia.
• Two years of SNF rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and problem-solving.
• Supports activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Delivers superior customer service through courtesy and communication.
• Provides supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined by Georgia rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for efficient case management.
