Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven, non-profit center. You will provide client-centered OT services, supervise OT Assistants, and collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Georgia license, with preference for experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered Georgia license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prefer two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and problem-solving with others.
• Provides supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined by Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for effective clinical case management.
• Maintains current knowledge through seminars, journals, and peers.
