Ethica Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven, non-profit system. You will provide comprehensive OT services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and supervise OT Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unencumbered OT license in Georgia.
• Prefer 2+ years in SNF rehab or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to coordinate care.
• Supervise OT Assistants as defined by state rules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Provide safe, effective patient care and documentation in line with guidelines.
• Contribute to committee work and system-wide projects as needed.
• Ensure timely attendance and professional conduct at all times.
