Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver OT services in an in-facility setting. You will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help restore independence and function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.

Education
