Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver targeted occupational therapy in our in-facility settings. You will coordinate with the rehab team to support patient independence and mobility, while educating patients and caregivers for continued progress.

The role offers opportunities for mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive, growth-oriented work environment with visa/Green Card sponsorship and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT curriculum is required.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Active OT license in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy in facility settings.
• Collaborate with the Rehab Director and care team to coordinate therapy services.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote Independence and safety.
• Refer to additional services as needed to support patient progress.

Education
