Bristol Glen, a UMC community in Newton, NJ, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our full-time day-shift team. You will plan and conduct therapy programs, evaluate patients, document outcomes, and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Therapy Program.
• Current and active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey.
• 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
• Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities, analyze medical information, and establish individualized rehabilitation goals
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals
• Develop and implement therapeutic activities that build daily living, work, school, and life-management skills
• Recommend environmental modifications and adaptive strategies to help patients function safely and effectively
• Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards while delivering high-quality patient care
