Qualifications

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need of OT services.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.
