Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS/CPR required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent communication and compassion for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to patients in need of rehabilitation.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Educate patients and families to support independence and recovery.
