Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to focus on lymphedema care within a collaborative Therapy Services team. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment to improve functional outcomes and discharge readiness.
You’ll work with physicians, nurses and therapists to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and document progress while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. New graduates welcome.
