Job summary

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, ongoing education, and participation in a dynamic rehabilitation team within a leading inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and track progress toward recovery.
