Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Treasure Coast is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting near you. You will assess needs, develop personalized plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain independence.

The role requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients in need of therapy services.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey.
