Job summary

Witham Health Services in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan and perform high quality therapy for patients referred to the Witham Memorial Hospital Occupational Therapy Department and its contractual clients.

The role requires an OT degree from an accredited program, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and Indiana licensure (or a temporary license for new graduates); annual inservices, disaster and safety procedures, and CPR/BLS Course C certification are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform high-quality occupational therapy for referred patients.
• Complete mandatory inservices annually.
• Be knowledgeable of disaster and safety procedures.
• Review Rehab Services policy and procedures every two years.
• Maintain CPR/BLS Course C certification.

Job description

Responsible for planning and performing high quality Occupational Therapy for the patients referred to Witham Memorial Hospital Occupational Therapy Department and its contractual clients.

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current certification or certification eligible by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current license and in good standing by the State of Indiana or temporary license for new graduates.

Upon employment and yearly thereafter, must complete mandatory inservices. Must be knowledgeable of disaster and safety procedures. Will review the Rehab Services policy and procedure manual every two (2) years. Shall be CPR certified in Basic Life Support, Course "C".
