Madison Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist in London, OH to evaluate, plan, treat, and discharge patients who have lost daily functions. The role includes in-patient and out-patient adults and pediatrics, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient’s condition and creates a treatment plan with short and long term goals.
• Provides OT treatment incorporating physical, mental, social and emotional components.
• Completes documentation and billing timely to maximize reimbursement.
• Maintains communication with other health care providers and families; ensures confidentiality.
