You will apply therapeutic principles, document care, and collaborate with other providers to deliver compassionate, quality OT services. A license in Ohio and BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient condition and develops individualized OT treatment plans for in-patient and out-patient adults and pediatrics.
• Provides OT treatment incorporating physical, mental, social and emotional components to improve quality of life and independence.
• Completes documentation and billing timely to maximize reimbursement and track outcomes.
• Maintains equipment and follows sterilization procedures.
• Communicates with patients, families, and other health care professionals to ensure coordinated care.
