Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Pahokee, FL. The role offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options and focuses on resident-centered OT care.

You will assess residents, develop and implement treatment plans, communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team, and supervise a COTA as needed, while ensuring proper documentation and compliant reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Must have an active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Screen residents to determine best intervention.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with goals.
• Communicate findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Provide OT per plan and document/bill services.
• Oversee COTA and ensure proper documentation and reimbursement.
• Perform additional duties as required.
