Job summary

Sunview Respiratory & Rehabilitation in Youngstown, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. Pay is $40–$48/hour based on experience, with a sign-on bonus offered. We support a stable, team-based environment focused on geriatric recovery and post-acute care.

Licensed OT with openness to all experience levels will join a CAPLICO-valued team dedicated to high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop plan of care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment per requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (ADL retraining, therapies, modalities, devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
