Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Sun City West, AZ, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. Pay: $45 - $55/hour based on experience. Flexible schedule with work-life balance and strong CAPLICO values.

The role involves screening/evaluating patients, administering rehab treatments, and coordinating with the health team to ensure high-quality care. Open to OTs at all experience levels; benefits and post-acute care focus offered.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• Experience with cognitive/ADL assessments preferred.
• Ability to develop and adjust Plan of Care per standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients and develop plans of care.
• Use standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Provide rehab treatments for cognitive/ADL disorders.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and exercises.
• Document progress and adjust treatments per regulations.
