Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide onsite services at several schools near Lancaster, SC. The contract spans from July 27, 2026 to May 28, 2027, serving students from pre-K through high school.

You will evaluate, treat, and help develop IEP goals while coordinating with educators and families at multiple sites. Ideal candidates will have SC OT licensure, school-based experience, and strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid and active South Carolina Occupational Therapy licensure.
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred.
• Skilled in evaluating and treating students with diverse abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple sites and collaborate with school teams.
• Blinded resume and SC OT certification copy must be submitted with application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services for pre-K through high school students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals across school locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with school and therapy standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based therapy teams.
• Travel between Kershaw Elementary, North Elementary, and Andrew Jackson schools as needed.
