Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must have and maintain a current state OT licensure or registration; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and families on daily living techniques.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
