Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements plans of care to achieve goals and discharge plans.
• Educates patients, families and other health professionals.
• Assesses needs and designs splints/orthotics as needed.
• Performs patient transfers safely and monitors body mechanics.
• Communicates with medical team and documents care.
• Actively participates in team, program, and department activities.
