Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited OT program, hold or are eligible for OT licensure, and maintain BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
