Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs within our hospital setting.

Weekdays with weekend rotation; licensure readiness and emergency response are required. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition support, and retirement plans for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
• Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with team and participate in special projects and/or coordinating activities in patient care programs.
