The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program, current OT license or eligibility in Oklahoma (temporary license up to 90 days), and current BLS certification. NBOT is preferred to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within Oklahoma; temporary license up to 90 days.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBOT).
