Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Yukon, Oklahoma to provide patient care by organizing and conducting prescribed OT programs. The role requires a graduate of an accredited OT program and a current OT license or state eligibility, with a temporary license possible for up to 90 days.

BLS certification is required, and NBOT certification is preferred. You will respond to emergencies and contribute to department growth through special projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility in the hiring state, may use a temporary license up to 90 days.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred NBOT certification is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed OT programs.
• Practice OT within the scope of the State Practice Act and governing bodies.
• Assist in department growth through special projects and by coordinating patient care activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy

Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in the hiring state (temporary license up to 90 days)
