Qualifications

• Iowa OT license is required or eligible to sit for board exams.
• Experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide holistic patient care.
