Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 2+ years of experience in occupational therapy (Required).
• Requires FL state Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of OT.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care through occupational therapy including evaluations, goal setting, and treatment across a range of ages.
• Emphasizes patient and caregiver education and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and contributes to treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Demonstrates increased clinical independence while maintaining professional development to support high standards of care.
• Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.
