Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

Under close supervision, develops and delivers occupational therapy services to patients specific to age and developmental level by assessment, program planning, provision of treatment. Provides functional supervision to occupational therapy personnel assisting in patient treatment.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Pediatric Internship. Basic knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices and CHLA patient care policies and procedures.

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

Graduation from an approved School of Occupational Therapy. Licensure by the California Board of Occupational Therapy; or eligible for certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current holder of limited permit issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy. Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider CPR certification.

Pay Scale Information

USD $54.90 - USD $54.90
