Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Pediatric Internship. Basic knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices and CHLA patient care policies and procedures.

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

Graduation from an approved School of Occupational Therapy. Licensure by the California Board of Occupational Therapy; or eligible for certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current holder of limited permit issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy. Current American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider CPR certification.
