Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in OT from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience.
• Clinical internships completed as required by program.
• Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess patients' occupational limitations and medical condition.
• Prescribes and implements a treatment program to return patients to maximum function.
• Collaborates with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes.
• Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care.
• Operates within and supports organizational goals and objectives.
