Johns Hopkins Medicine invites applications for an Occupational Therapist at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center campus. The position focuses on Rehab Acute care, applying evidence-based evaluation and treatment to restore function and independence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, delivering a structured therapy program, and contributing to continuous service improvements while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Requires OT degree (BS/MS/OTD) from an accredited program.
• 1 year OT experience.
• Clinical internships completed during training.

Job description

At Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, you will have access to the entire Johns Hopkins network of specialists. Housing Maryland’s only regional burn center, a designated level II trauma center and a pediatric center for emergency care, Johns Hopkins Bayview is well-prepared to provide the care necessary for the most complex cases, as well quality routine and specialty care.

Shift:

Full-time - 40 hours per week - 1 - 2 Holidays a year

The Occupational Therapist specializing in Rehab Acute

Work Experience:

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.
• 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
• Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program

Education:

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic program.

Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:

• Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required
• AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required

Salary Range:

Minimum $34.62/hour - Maximum $57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
