Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team. This hourly, 1.0 FTE position provides care across outpatient and inpatient settings, addressing developmental delays impacting self-care, academics, social/family relationships, and self-regulation.

You will evaluate and treat, develop plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License required.
• CPR Certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our PEDS team!

This is an hourly position, providing Pediatric care across Outpatient and Inpatient settings. It will provide intervention to address developmental delays impacting self-care routine, academic success, positive social and familial relationships, and self-regulation.

Common conditions referred to Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital/Wellness Center include:

• Autism
• Cerebral Palsy
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
• Sensory Disorders
• Childhood Trauma
• Chromosomal/Genetic Disorders.

HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, day shift, Monday-Friday

As an Occupational Therapist, you will

• Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient's diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

Requirements
