PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a hospital-based position in McPherson, Kansas, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. Occasional coverage at a nearby facility in Lindsborg may be required. New grads are welcome, with mentorship and support available to help you begin your career.

Formación

• Current Kansas OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
• Present in-services to fellow therapy team members.
• Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations, as needed.

What You’ll Do
