PediaStaff is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a community-based hospital in WaKeeney, KS. You’ll work across inpatient, outpatient, and home health with patients from school-age children to adults and geriatrics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Kansas OT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
• Present in-services to fellow therapy team members.
• Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations, as needed.

What You’ll Do
