Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Homecare to support home health services in Cordova, TN. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, covering Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties.

Contract role for 3 months with possible extension or conversion, located in Cordova, TN 38018. Responsibilities include providing OT services in patients’ homes, developing a Plan of Care, and ongoing evaluation and supervision of OTA.

Qualifications

• Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required.
• Home Health experience required.
• HCHB is preferred.

Pride Health is hiring a Occupational Therapist - Homecare to support our client’s home health services in Cordova, TN 38018.

Job Details

• Schedule: M-F, 8-4:30
• Location: Cordova, TN 38018
• Coverage area: Shelby, Fayette, Tipton counties
• Job Type: Contract
• Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion)
• Pay Range: $50/HR - $53/HR

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes, to include the assessment and development of a POC, ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA.

Requirements

• Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required.
• Home Health experience required.
• HCHB is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel daily to patient homes within assigned territory (50 miles radius).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in home-based care environments.
